Terms & Conditions

1. All orders are subject to acceptence and contingency beyond our control.
2. All sales are final for production orders; layaway orders; floor models and discontinued goods.
3. Payments must be received in full before pick-up or delivery.
4. Purchaser is responsible for redelivery charges, if not home and / or porper C.O.D. is not availabe for collection on arranged delivery date.
5. 35% of the total sale will be charged to any cancellation.
6. No exchange or refund on production orders.
7. Exchange only if defective return within 7 days.
8. One year warranty on all defects in material and / or workamnship in product used in normal conditions.
9. EURO-KAYAK remains the sole owner of the goods until or unless paid in full.
10. After-season discount 10% on all remaining warehouse stock from: Sept. 15 to Dec. 15, 2005
11. Terms of payment: Letter of Credit, cash Visa, Master Card or certified cheque.
• 15% deposit with order
• 55% by progressive monthly payments prior to shipment,
• 30% balance and all taxes are due upon delivery.

13. Shipping cost is extra & varies according to region.
14. Prices and specifications of product are subject to change without notice.
15. We reserve the right to cancel the order of goods which are not acceptable. In this case all the payments paid shall be returned to the purchaser.
